I like this place. One of the few ramen shops in Melbourne that feels like a ramen ya in Japan.
They have a digital waiting system. So no need to wait in line, you'll receive a text when they have a seat available.
I ordered the iekei with extra noodles and ajitama. I enjoyed it, a bit saltier than I prefer though. Not familiar with iekei, the shoyu comes through a lot more than the tonkotsu. What I found odd was that the extra noodles provided was different to the base noodles which I prefer.
