Grand opening today. Arrived around 11:30am, waited 70 minutes in line. I ordered the tori paitan ramen with extra noodles and extra chicken topping.
I like the broth, pairs well with the noodles. The broth is on the heavier / kotteri side but it doesn't feel too heavy or too salty. It comes with 3 slices of chicken, I probably didn't need to order the extra chicken, I don't find it adds much to it.
The ramen is definitely on the pricier side compared to most places in Melbourne. I would be keen to come back when the lines aren't so long to try the seafood broth ramen next time.
