Kamada

Ordered a pork tonkatsu and kamada shoyu roll. Tonkatsu tastes alright. The swiss roll not to my liking, had a cheesecake quality to the cream.

The restaurant itself is interesting. They offer a lot of different Japanese dishes, all seemingly to highlight their soy sauce. Each table has a set of soy sauce and a booklet describing how best to use it.
