I ordered the premium loin set. Not sure what makes it premium, I was told it's more flavourful and fattier.
Tastes alright but I would stick with the cheaper loin set. Visually and taste wise it's not any fattier than the normal loin set. When I received my receipt, the korean text said sirloin which explains why its 'premium loin'.
Miso soup tastes different than what I'm used to, not necessarily a bad thing.
