I ordered the signature karashibi miso ramen, choosing the low chilli and medium shibi pepper option. I also ordered extra noodles, only costs an extra $2.
Overall, tastes decent. Heavy broth. Good choice of the thick cut pork instead of the usual thinly cut chashu for this type of broth.
