Wanted to order the lunch set but it's not available on public holidays. Ordered the karubi chasui hot udon instead. Interesting but expensive. Not your traditional udon, uses thin flat noodles. Karubi melts in your mouth, very fatty. Flavour profile of dish is expectedly dominated by the soy broth.

Had a bunch of shared dishes.
- Japanese BBQ was excellent, one of the best I've had
- Truffle rice was very buttery and mushroom
- tataki was alright
