I ordered the caramelised salmon set. An odd collection of dishes for a teishoku. Some seaweed, some edamame, a miso soup with salmon. Overall tastes alright
Service could be better. I was given the wrong set menu but that was quickly rectified. After that they forgot to provide the chawanmushi but I eventually got it.
