About the score

Each of the main pages (cuisines, suburb, and specialty) are sorted by the score, shown next to the Bite's name. A score ranges from 1 to 10 and denotes how highly rated a Bite is. A score is usually shown when there are at least 5 reviews, otherwise a dash is displayed. The higher the score, the tastier the Bite.

The underlying calculation for the score is based on an algorithm developed by Evan Miller. Minor changes have been implemented for MarvoBites but the underlying mathematics is the same.
