Currently in trial opening. I ordered the 300g karubi set. You also get to choose between 150g, 200g, or 300g of rice (all the same price)
Tastes alright, I like eating it with the garlic soy sauce. As shown in the photo, this cut is quite fatty
Some differences compared to the outlets in Japan:
- This cut is significantly thinner compared to Japan
- No partitions between seats for those solo dining
