I ordered the hitsumabushi, a style of unagi where you can eat it in three ways. Haven't had this before. You can eat it by itself, with toppings, or as an ochazuke.

Overall tastes alright. I prefer eating it by itself. I find adding the toppings doesn't add much. As an ochazuke, the flavour gets a bit lost. Genmaicha flavour also wasn't as strong as I expected.

The meal is a bit pricey but you do get a decent amount of eel.
